Consumer Guarantee Rights

This policy is governed by and subject to the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. In Australia and New Zealand, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that has a major fault, and to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality but the fault is not major. Similar protections apply in the USA, Canada, UK, and Ireland under their respective consumer laws.

Change of Mind

For orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Canada, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please refer to our size chart on each product page before purchasing.

Right to Cancel (UK & Ireland Customers only)

If you are based in the UK or Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item back and confirm its condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Customers)

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we've sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at your choice, including any shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sale items are subject to the same consumer guarantee rights under your local consumer protection laws.
