My child is 11 months old, do I need to purchase a ticket for them?

Children under 12 months of age on the day of the show will not require a ticket. They will be considered 'babes-in-arms' and will not be allocated a seat.

 

My child is 13 months old, do I need to purchase a ticket for them?

Children aged 12 months or older on the day of the show will require a ticket.

 


 

ONLINE STORE ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

We endeavor to fulfil and ship out orders by the following working day. Domestic shipping is exclusively through Australia Post. Options include Standard (2-5 working days) or Express Parcel Post (2-3 working days) after fulfilment.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship by air to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, and Canada. Your currency will automatically adjust at checkout based on your location. All orders are packed and sent from Sydney, Australia and overseas orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered.

 

How much does shipping cost?

This will depend on size and weight of the order. Shipping costs will be advised at time of checkout. Costs are calculated from Sydney, Australia.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link and tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on www.lennypearce.com.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Please reach out as soon as possible via our Contact page. Provide your order number and information regarding your order.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?  

Refer to Returns and Exchange page.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please refer to our size chart on each product page before purchasing. Online-store credit may be offered.

 

What condition does the item need to be in?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

How long do refunds take to process?  

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item and assess condition.

 


 

PRODUCTS & SIZING

What products do you sell?

What you see is what is available! Sold out items or sizes will be advised on product pages, sign up to be notified when we restock. Also keep an eye out for new drops by signing up for updates and on Lenny’s social media channels.

 

How do I find the right size?

We have size charts available on each t-shirt product page. Our tees come in sizes ranging from Toddlers (T2) through to Adults. If you have questions or requests for other size options, please reach out.

 

Will the print/design fade after washing?

 Our designs are printed using high-quality methods to ensure they last. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend to “machine wash cold, inside out. Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on the print”. Individual care instructions are provided on each garment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay and store credit.

 

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.

 

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

How do I contact customer support?

You can reach us through our Contact page. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

 

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to restock popular items, but some products are limited edition. Sign up for updates to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.

 

Can I buy merchandise at live shows?

Of course! Keep in mind that merch products and designs sold at live shows may differ from the online store. Exclusive tour related merch and rave accessories will only be sold at live shows and generally sell out!

How do I know if these products are legitimate?

All products sold on lennypearce.com and within Lenny's live shows are official merchandise.

If you find items listed by third-party sellers, please inform us and we can inform you whether they are legitimate or must be removed.
